The Old Box Company

I can't remember a time when my father didn't smoke cigars, and as a result we had cigar boxes everywhere, which became the perfect place to store anything that would fit, especially things that were personally important.   

Whether they were notes, letters, or pictures these little boxes stored his valuables and his memories.   So, I started collecting old wooden cigar boxes and storing my memories in them.   It wasn't till 1975 that we made the first custom box, a very plain and simple design which would have won no awards.   In the 1990's we started experimenting with copper and twisted wire and came up with the designs that we are still using today.   We tried to imagine how and old Comboy might have decorated a box and what materials he might have had, what designs he might have chosen.  So, with a western and native American flare, we present to you, The Old Box Company.
